If you are looking for a fine dinning experience close to Downtown Fredericksburg, August E’s is the perfect place! 

Located just two blocks south of Main Street, August E’s is the perfect spot for fresh sushi, Angus steaks, and organic, locally grown veggies. They offer an extensive selection of wines as well as a fully stocked bar with specialty cocktails! Once a week on Tuesdays they feature Thai food; our favorites are the Pad Thai and the Peanut Shrimp! We also recommend the steak, which is cooked to perfection any way you order it, and the Sea bass! 

The dining room really sets August E’s apart from any other restaurant in town. The cool gray walls always feature beautiful artwork that changes periodically throughout the year; and the crisp white linens and chairs really add to the upscale feel of the restaurant. 

Owners Dawn and Leu Savanh are a great team! Dawn usually greets guests as they enter with a smile, and Leu is the Executive Chef cooking up wonderful meals! They named the restaurant after August Ebers who was one of the original settlers of Grapetown; a small settlement just south of Fredericksburg.
