2023 was a lot slower year fro Real Estate than the previous years and that can be seen in the year end market report for Heritage Hill Country as well. In 2023 there were only 8 sales in the neighborhood with a total dollar value of $4,026,277 . That is a long ways from our peak of $8,115,445 in sales back in 2021 but it is actually up from 2022 when we had sold $3,645,249. The slower market and higher interest rates have also had a negative impact on prices in 2023 . The average home price for Heritage hill Country ended 2023 at $503,278 which is down 3.36% from 2022 when the average price was $520,750. However I am certain prices will recover in the coming year and even though 2023 was down slightly you can see in the chart below Heritage does have a good overall tract record for appreciation.
