The real estate market in Fredericksburg remain strong for the first half of 2016. Total real estate sales for the first half of this year is up by 2.8%. That may not sound like a lot and she realized just how big of year 2015 was. So let me start by showing you the 2015 numbers:
2015 set an all time records for both the total dollars sold and number of properties sold in a year!
Total dollars sold was $189,120,688.00
An increase of 24.3 % over the previous record year of 2014
Total number of properties sold 532
An increase of 7.4 % over the previous record year of 2014
Homes for sale in Fredericksburg city limits has led the way for 2016’s first half. Producing the 2.8% increase over last year.

2015 was $ 98,899,794

Hey Mike. We’re starting to see some decline in prices and rentals but its still too early to tell whether it is just seasonal decline or actual cooling of the market. In our hyper local area of UT campus we’ve seen condos rise in value by 40% over the last few years. Hard to imagine that trend continuing for much longer.
