This week I write to you from MÜNCH Food Park, Fredericksburg’s NEWEST attraction. The raised wooden silo on Highway St., has been the source of Fredericksburg curiosity during its construction, but has finally opened its gates to the public this week. The park has an open area picnic style venue, featuring a beautiful tin silo-style concession stand for Beer and Wine, a large wooden stage, rubber padded fenced-in play area, and a Fredericksburg favorite – Mahaley’s food truck. The Food Park will host a number of other independent food trucks in the coming weeks, making for a wide variety of delicious food, all available under the same canopy.
