Professional Photos

Professional photos are important when listing property. A professional can capture the views outside the window, make sure all the vertical lines are correct, and make sure the colors come through correctly. The photos below are a good example. The pictures on the left were taken with a cell phone and the pictures on the right were taken by a professional real estate photographer. Inside, the pro allows us to actually see through the windows to the outside allowing everyone to know what view they are getting from inside the house. We all know the weather in Texas changes from one minute to another and a pro cannot always shoot on a bright sunny day. But the professional photographer can replace the dark cloudy sky with a bright blue one, making your photos feel more welcoming. Hiring a professional makes such a difference how potential buyers see your home, and first impressions are very important!

These beautiful photos are displayed in several different places. They will appear in the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, my website and my social media. The photos work well with the walk through video that I create as well. With each listing I walk through the home, inside and out, to give potential buyers a good view of the entire property. This technique has proven to be very helpful to out of town buyers; the video gives them a deeper look into the property so they can decide to drive in or not.
